This 13-page technical specification describes the JBL Mesh Belt Small Radius Spiral Freezer Belt, a separate product for spiral freezing, rapid freezing and continuous cooling where the turning space is tighter.
It shows the two inner-by-outer rod pitch pairs, wire and rod sizes, belt width range, turn-ratio reference examples, edge and surface treatments and matching sprockets.
Sharing an application with the standard Spiral Freezer Belt does not mean the same specification; the turning geometry is reviewed separately against your equipment and drawing.

Questions this document answers
+How is a small radius spiral belt different from a standard spiral freezer belt?
It is a separate product with its own structure: the inner and middle rod pitch is smaller than the outer pitch (19.05 × 27.4 mm or 27.4 × 38.1 mm, page 5), so its specification and equipment fit are reviewed separately.
+What belt widths are listed?
Reference widths from 300 to 1200 mm, with custom widths available (page 4).
+Does the specification give a fixed turn ratio?
No fixed value is promised. Pages 7–8 show reference examples; the turn-ratio formula, radius reference and belt width definition are confirmed for each project.
+Which wire and rod sizes are shown?
Spiral wire diameters from 1.2 to 1.8 mm and a 5.0 mm rod (page 4).
+What should I send for a review?
Your equipment or belt drawing, photos, the turning space and belt width. Email info@jblmeshbelt.com or WhatsApp +86 138 1487 2506 (page 13).
Working with a conveyor that needs a smaller turning radius?
JBL Mesh Belt's Small Radius Spiral Freezer Belt is a separate option for spiral freezing, rapid freezing and continuous cooling applications.
Selection depends on the relationship between your belt width, turning geometry, pitch arrangement and equipment structure.
We review these details with you to help identify a suitable configuration. The turning ratio must be checked against your actual equipment and drawing.
Specifications can be customized, including dimensions, materials and relevant structural details.
For a new installation or replacement, send us your equipment drawing, belt photos and operating requirements.
JBL Mesh Belt helps you clarify the critical dimensions before ordering, so your purchasing decision is based on a defined configuration rather than appearance alone.
