This 12-page technical specification describes the JBL Mesh Belt Biscuit Belt for biscuit production, bakery processing and continuous food conveying.
Besides the reference options, it includes a page that lists what buyer and supplier must agree before ordering: how spiral pitch and rod pitch are measured, which wire a diameter refers to, finished width and length, material and temperature, edge finish and drive.
Model codes, measurement definitions and combinations are confirmed per project; final dimensions follow the confirmed project drawing.

Questions this document answers
+What does the Biscuit Belt specification ask buyers to confirm?
Page 3 lists the measuring direction of spiral pitch, rod pitch measurement points, which wire a diameter refers to, finished width and length, material and temperature, edge finish, and drive and accessories.
+Which materials and widths are listed?
Carbon steel, SS304 or SS316, and widths from 300 to 1400 mm (page 2).
+Which edge finishes are shown?
A welded edge and a looped (clenched) edge (page 6). The edge term and finished geometry are confirmed for each model.
+Are the measurement photos specifications?
No. Pages 7–10 are individual photo readings that show how the belt is measured; definitions and tolerances follow the project drawing.
+What should I send for a review?
Your enquiry sheet, drawing or photos of the current belt, and the product and oven temperature. Email info@jblmeshbelt.com or WhatsApp +86 138 1487 2506 (page 12).
