This 16-page book shows how the JBL Mesh Belt Spiral Freezer Belt is checked: the 6 inspection gates from raw material incoming inspection to packing for shipment, with the QC record template at the end.
It covers rod and link dimensions, the spiral wire, edge welds, a drum diameter test and the sprocket check — the points that decide whether a spiral belt turns correctly on its drum.
The photos show the checks being made. Readings visible in them are examples from individual projects, not specifications; each belt is checked against its confirmed project drawing.
