This 16-page book shows how the JBL Mesh Belt Balanced Weave Belt is checked: the 6 inspection gates from raw material incoming inspection to packing for shipment, with the QC record template at the end.
It includes an edge check for clenched and welded edges and a sprocket running test before packing.
The photos show the checks being made. Readings visible in them are examples from individual projects, not specifications; each belt is checked against its confirmed project drawing.
