About this document

This 12-page book shows how the JBL Mesh Belt Compound Weave Belt is checked: the 6 inspection gates from raw material incoming inspection to packing for shipment, with the QC record template at the end.

Because the product sits on the flattened spiral surface, the surface and profile are inspected before the welds and packing.

The photos show the checks being made. Readings visible in them are examples from individual projects, not specifications; each belt is checked against its confirmed project drawing.
