About this document

This 13-page book shows how the JBL Mesh Belt Plate Link Belt is checked: the 6 inspection gates from raw material incoming inspection to packing for shipment, with the QC record template at the end.

Heavy loads ride on the chain, so the chain components, the punched plates and the finished belt are each checked.

The photos show the checks being made. Readings visible in them are examples from individual projects, not specifications; each belt is checked against its confirmed project drawing.
