This 18-page book shows how the JBL Mesh Belt Z-Type Ladder Belt is checked: the 6 inspection gates from raw material incoming inspection to packing for shipment, with the QC record template at the end.
Wire diameter is matched to pitch with a reference table, the finished belt is measured, flat-wire and special styles are inspected, and the belt is run on its sprocket.
The photos show the checks being made. Readings visible in them are examples from individual projects, not specifications; each belt is checked against its confirmed project drawing.

Questions this document answers
+Which inspection gates does the Z-Type Ladder Belt quality control book show?
6 gates: raw material incoming inspection; reference wire diameter & pitch; final dimension check; surface & edge check; sprocket check; packing for shipment (pages 2–16).
+How is wire diameter matched to pitch?
Gate 02 uses a reference table that pairs wire diameter with pitch, for example 1.6 mm wire with a 7 mm pitch or 2.0 mm wire with a 10 mm pitch (page 3); final dimensions follow the drawing.
+Are flat-wire and special-style ladder belts inspected?
Yes. Gate 04 inspects flat-wire and special-style belts and the edges (pages 8–12).
+What does the QC record template include?
Project reference, belt type, material, width and length, one result line for each gate, and signature fields for approval and for the buyer (page 17).
+What should I send to review this process against my project?
A photo of your belt with a ruler and the number of spaces across the width. Email info@jblmeshbelt.com or WhatsApp +86 138 1487 2506 (page 18).
How is a Z-Type Ladder Belt checked before it ships?
This 18-page process book follows the belt through 6 inspection gates, from raw material incoming inspection to packing for shipment, and ends with the QC record template.
Each gate shows what is measured or checked at that stage, so you can see what to ask for in your own inspection plan.
Send us photos of your current belt, equipment drawings and the product you need to convey, and we will confirm which checks apply to your project.
